MAN 5th March 2012 - World Airways MD11F N382WA diverts in !!

Shortly after nightfall World Airways MD11 Freighter N382WA diverted in whilst flying over the UK, this was the first visit of a World Airways MD11 sporting their new colours. The aircraft parked up on stand 72 after arrival.

 

MAN 5th March 2012 - C-GTSH the first Air Transat A310 to visit in the new colours.

Air Transat A310 C-GTSH visited this morning wearing the new variation of their scheme, the first of its type to visit MAN in these colours.

Suckiling Airways Dornier 328 G-BWWT operated the inaugural Flybe / Loganair Norwich to Manchester service this morning, this is the first Dornier to be painted in Flybe colours.

Thomas Cook A330 G-OJMC arrived late evening from Abu Dhabi wearing full Sri Lankan colours.

SAS 737-500 LN-BUD made a rare visit late evening in their "non-standard" colour scheme.



MAN 23rd February 2012 - Transavia pair bring in the Ajax supporters.

Transavia flew the Ajax supporters over to watch their team play Manchester United in the Europa League, B737-800's PH-HZG and PH-HZK arrived mid morning and departed in the early hours of the 24th.

Rolled out of Air Livery earlier in the day, Virgin Atlantic A340-300 G-VFAR was parked up on a rainy night..........

SATA A310 CS-TGV arrived with the Porto Football Team in miserable weather at lunchtime and was dodging a flock of birds on short finals!!
