Liverpool 23rd December 2016 - Wizz Air "Budapest" A320 HA-LYG

Wizz Air A320 HA-LYG operated the Budapest flight, it wears a special "Budapest" scheme in support of the city's 2024 Olympic Bid.

Sadly the weather was pretty awful for its arrival and departure.

MAN 18th December 2016 - Eurowings A320 D-AEWM "Boomerang Club"

Having just emerged from the Air Livery hangar, Eurowings A320 D-AEWM now wears special "Boomerang Club" titles and logs advertising their frequent flyer program..

MAN 17th December 2016 - Brussels Airlines "Magritte" A320 OO-SNC

Making its first daylight visit to Manchester, Brussels Airlines A320 OO-SNC arrived and departed in misty weather ..........

Meanwhile arriving in much foggier conditions, Eurowings A320 D-AIZR wearing the Borussia Dortmund scheme.

MAN 10th December 2016 - Iraqi Airways return with A320's

The evening the 10th saw Iraqi Airways make their return to Manchester with a once weekly service, this time around using A320's with YI-ARD operating the inaugural.

MAN 6th December 2016 - Aeronexus B767-300 ZS-NEX

Just arrived late morning, Aeronexus B767-300 ZS-NEX was making its first visit to Manchester and was here to take Manchester United out to Ukraine to play FC Zorya Luhansk.

Air Europa A330 EC-KOM was rolled out of Air Livery during the afternoon having been painted in to their new scheme.

Making another visit on the Beijing run, Hainan Airlines specially titled "Hai-MAN-chester" A330 B-8287

MAN 5th December 2016 - Sprint Air Saab 340 SP-KPV

Parked up early morning having arrived a couple of days earlier on a freight charter, Sprint Air Saab 340 SP-KPV was making its first visit to Manchester, it departed early afternoon.

XL Airways France A330 F-GSEU arrived early morning for painting at Air Livery.

Departing mid morning during its first visit to Manchester, Cityjet Sukhoi Superjet SSJ100 EI-FWC.

MAN 25th November 2016 - British Airways B787-9's G-ZBKG & G-ZBKO

Parked up for a couple of days whilst the U.S. celebrates Thanksgiving ..... British Airways Boeing 787-9's G-ZBKG and G-ZBKO were the first examples of the airline to visit Manchester.

MAN 22nd November 2016 - Brussels Airlines "Magritte" A320 OO-SNC

Making its first visit since acquiring the special "Magritte" colour scheme, Brussels Airlines A320 OO-SNC was parked up overnight.

Ready for departure late evening, B757-200F G-DHKA is one of the few in their fleet fitted with winglets.

Operating the New York JFK service early afternoon, Delta Airlines B757-200 N722TW wears the Skyteam colours.

Operating a sub-charter for Eastern Airways, Carpatair Fokker 100 YR-FZA arrived late afternoon.

Departing to Beijing late morning, Hainan Airlines A330-300 B-8287 wears the Hai-MAN-chester titles.

Making its second visit to Manchester, Hainan Airlines A330 B-5979 was also making only the second visit of a -200 series.

MAN 18th November 2016 - ASL Airlines ATR72 EI-SLJ

Parked up for the weekend, Air Contractors ATR72 Freighter now wears the ASL Airlines titles in line with the renaming of the company.

Parked up after arriving on delivery over the last few days, Jet2's latest B737-800's G-JZHM & G-JZHN both wear the basic "Holidays" colours albeit without titles.

Pushed back for departure early morning on its first visit to Manchester, Aurigny's newest fleet member, ATR72 G-LERE 

MAN 17th November 2016 - TUI 737-800 G-TAWK

Thomson's 737-800 G-TAWK now wears the new TUI titles which are becoming standard on thee fleet.

MAN 17th November 2016 - Cathay Pacific B747-400 B-HUJ

After arriving from Hong Kong the day before, Cathay Pacific B747-400 B-HUJ departed mid morning to Bruntingthorpe for scrapping ...... this was the last example in their fleet and ends 37 years of  passenger operations with the type.

MAN 16th November 2016 - Lufthansa's D-AINA the first A320 "NEO" to visit.

Arriving late morning from Frankfurt, Lufthansa A320 D-AINA became the first "NEO" to visit Manchester.

MAN 28th October 2016 - "Discover Turkey" A321 TC-JRG

Operating the afternoon Turkish flight from Istanbul, A321 TC-JRG wears this special "Discover Turkey" scheme and was on its first visit to Manchester since acquiring the colours.

MAN 24th October 2016 - Blue Air B737-800 YR-BMF

Just two days after entering the Air Livery hangar in basic white colours, Blue Air B737-800 YR-BMF was rolled out again late evening in their full scheme, it then departed in the early hours of the 25th.

MAN 23rd October 2016 - SAS "Eurobonus" B737-800 LN-RCY

Operating the mid afternoon Oslo service, SAS B737-800 LN-RCY wears this special "Eurobonus" scheme which is advertising their frequent flyer programme.

MAN 22nd October 2016 - Blue Air B737-800 YR-BMF

Having arrived late evening on the 21st, Blue Air B737-800 YR-BMF was towed in to the Air Livery hangar early morning.

MAN 21st October 2016 - Corendon (Dutch) B737-800 PH-CDE

Operating a charter flight to Marrakesh, Corendon (Dutch) B737-800 PH-CDE departed mid afternoon.

MAN 21st October 2016 - Air Atlanta B747-400F TF-AMQ

Just rolled out of Air Livery, Air Atlanta Icelandic B747-400 Freighter TF-AMQ now wears titles and tail logo after arriving all white a few days earlier, this is the first of their fleet to wear their own colours for a number of years.

MAN 20th October 2016 - Trade Air Fk100 9A-BTD

Arriving mid afternoon with RC Toulon to play their European Rugby game against Sale Sharks, Trade Air Fk100 9A-BTD was the first of their fleet to visit Manchester in these colours.

The aircraft remained parked up until the early hours of the 22nd.
