MAN 26th April 2016 - Real Madrid football charters.

Sadly only a handful of airliners turned up for the Real Madrid vs Manchester City Champions League Semi-Final, the highlight definitely being the first visit of Privilege Style's Boeing 777-200 EC-MIA.

MAN 21st April 2016 - Primera / Jet2 B737-800 OY-PSA

Having arrived the previous day, Primera B737-800 OY-PSA was parked up early morning, the aircraft is here for the summer season operating for Jet2 and carries extra titles for the lease.

MAN 12th April 2016 - Shaheen A330 AP-BMI daylight arrival.

Making an arrival in daylight for the first time, Shaheen Air A330 AP-BMI taxis to stand late evening.

MAN 11th April 2016 - KLM's new Embraer E175 makes its first visit.

Operating the teatime Amsterdam service on a very dull Monday evening, KLM's brand new Embraer Emb.175 PH-EXG was making its first visit to Manchester.

MAN 11th April 2016 - Gainjet B737-400 SX-ATF "Long Range"

Arriving late morning in rather dull weather, Gainjet B737-400 SX-ATF was bringing in the Paris Saint-Germain team for their Champions League tie against Manchester City. 

The aircraft wears extra "Long Range" titles to highlight the installation of auxiliary fuel tanks that allow the a/c to fly much further than the usual range of the type.

The aircraft remained parked up overnight awaiting the end of the match on the Tuesday night.

MAN 10th April 2016 - Saudia, Emirates and Easyjet.

Saudia B787-9 HZ-ARC made its second visit this morning and arrived in blue sky and sunshine,

Emirates A380 A6-EES complete with Arsenal Football Club logos and scheme operated the lunchtime Dubai service, sadly arriving in a small patch of dull weather,

and finally, Easyjet A320 G-EZOX arrived early afternoon, the aircraft wears a special scheme celebrating their 20th Anniversary.

MAN 8th April 2016 - Turkish Airlines "Retro" A330-200 TC-JNC

Making its second visit in this great looking "Retro" colour scheme, Turkish Airlines A330-200 TC-JNC was operating the afternoon Istanbul flight, sadly the poor light (and heat haze) were not very helpful!!

MAN 3rd April 2016 - Austrian's first Emb.195 to visit MAN

Another airline debuting their latest aircraft type at Manchester this morning, Austrian Airlines used Embraer Emb.195 OE-LWA on their Vienna service.

MAN 3rd April 2016 - Saudia's first B787-9 Dreamliner to visit the UK

Having arrived in the morning mist and murk it was nice to see the sun shining as Saudia's first B787-9 to visit Manchester (and the UK), HZ-ARC taxied for departure at noon. The airline has now changed to the type on its MAN services.

MAN 2nd April 2016 - Emirates "Wildlife" A380 A6-EEI

Arriving on a very wet 23R in the pourning rain, Emirates A6-EEI is one of two of their A380's to wear "United for Wildlife" colours.

MAN 1st April 2016 - Eastern Airways "Union Jack" Emb.145 G-CGWV

Making a very rare visit to Manchester on a dull afternoon, Eastern Airways Embraer Emb.145 G-CGWV wears this special "Union Jack" scheme.

MAN 1st April 2016 - Qatar Airways "Barcelona FC" special B777-300 A7-BAE

Making its first visit since being painted in the Barcelona Football Club special colours, Qatar Airways B777-300 A7-BAE operated the early afternoon Doha flight.

MAN 31st March 2016 - Titan / Jet2 A321 G-POWN

Having arrived earlier in the day on iots first visit to Manchester, Titan Airways first A321 G-POWN has been leased to Jet2 for the summer season and wears an all white scheme with Jet2.com titles.
