MAN 31st March 2022 - Ethiopian Airlines A350-900 ET-AYN

 Ethiopian Airlines type changed their scheduled service today to this great looking A350-900 (ET-AYN) wearing the Star Alliance scheme. The aircraft is seen here about to touch down on 05L on its first visit.

MAN 31st March 2022 - Qatar Airways B777-300 A7-BEB, KLM E295 PH-NXH & Air Baltic A220-300 YL-CSE

 A lovely sunny but very cold morning at MAN produced a few subjects to photograph, Qatar Airways sent in B777-300 A7-BEB in the great looking World Cup scheme,

KLM Cityhopper operated the early morning Amsterdam arrival with one of their new Embraer E295s PH-NXH (actually its 2nd visit but much better weather than yesterday!)

while Air Baltic sent in A220-300 YL-CSE on its first visit to MAN operating on behalf of Eurowings.

MAN 23rd March 2022 - Lufthansa Cargo A321F D-AEUC

Having only started their new (nocturnal) 2x per week A321 Freighter service on the 16th March, it was quite a surprise to get a chance to catch this aircraft in daylight so soon here at Manchester, D-AEUC seen here about to land on 23R early afternoon after being rescheduled from the early hours.

 Another lovely sunny Spring day with the chance of catching two Freebird A320s, TC-FBV from the Turkish side and 9H-FHB of the Maltese.

MAN 18th March 2022 - FlyDubai / Jet2.com B737-800 G-DRTK

 The first visit of a B737-800 wearing the FlyDubai livery occurred on the 18th March when G-DRTK arrived on delivery to Jet2.com, the aircraft visited for pre-service maintenance before going for paint.

MAN 18th March 2022 - Etihad "Greenliner" B787-10 A6-BMH

 Finally making a visit in decent weather and coinciding with a day off! Etihad's smart looking "Greenliner" B787-10 A6-BMH is seen here landing in the late morning sunshine.

 Operating an Atlético de Madrid fans charter from Madrid, Iberojet A320 EC-LZD was displaying the latest scheme and titles for this airline having been known by a few other names over the years.

MAN 14th March 2022 - Privilege Style A321 EC-NLJ

 First visiting Privilege Style A321 EC-NLJ is seen here about to land on 23R carrying Atlético de Madrid to play Man United in the Champions League.

The aircraft wore the team's logo and slogan.

MAN 14th March 2022 - Sunclass Airways A321 OY-TCD

 Making the airlines' second visit in only a few days but this time in much better weather, Sunclass Airways A321 OY-TCD is seen here about to land on 23R.

MAN 8th March 2022 - TAP Air Portugal A330-900 Neo CS-TUO

 Making the first visit of a TAP Air Portugal A330-900 Neo, CS-TUO is seen here just before landing on runway 23 Right in the early afternoon, the aircraft was delivering Sporting (Lisbon) for their Champions League match against Man City.

Arriving shortly after the TAP was Qatar Airways B777-300 A7-BEE which now wears special "25 Years of Excellence" titles on the nose.

MAN 6th March 2022 - Comlux B787-8 P4-787

 Making its first visit to Manchester with some VIPs for the Man City vs Man United Derby game, Comlux B787-8 P4-787 is seen here about to touch down on 05 Left mid afternoon.

The aircraft still wears the basic Aeromexico livery.
