 Short final for 23R, Air Transat A321 Neo C-GOKE wears this special "CF Montreal" scheme in sponsorship of the Canadian football club.

MAN 21st May 2025 - Global Airlines A380 9H-GLOBL

 After wondering for a long time as to whether this would actually happen, Global Airlines A380 9H-GLOBL arrived at Manchester (in the sun!) this morning to operate its outbound charter to New York JFK.

Liverpool 18th May 2025 - Sun Express "Smurfs" B737-800 TC-SPY

 Having failed to show up at Manchester yet I thought I'd take a run over to Liverpool for this evening's Sun Express "Smurfs" B737-800 arrival and departure. Sadly this flight is not timed well for the light but managed a few half decent images. Hopefully it will eventually show at my local!

MAN 1st May 2025 - (ex) Thai A330-300 HS-TBA

 Having been stored here at Manchester for the last three years, ex Thai International A330-300 HS-TBA is ready to meet its maker. Having had all usable parts removed including its landing gear (now resting on pallets) the aircraft is due to scrapped in the very near future.

 It's taken a while but today finally saw me catch the "Hull City" Corendon Europe B737-800 9H-CXG in the sunshine. My last effort was almost a year ago in rather dull conditions.

 TUI Netherlands B787-8 PH-TFK made its first visit to MAN today, diverting in on a medical emergency whilst en-route from Amsterdam to Bonaire.

 Icelandair's newest A321 Neo TF-IAD made its first visit to MAN on the 17th April, seen here departing 23 Left early afternoon.

 A week on from TF-IAA, today saw Icelandair's A321 Neo sister-ship TF-IAB make its first visit, this time arriving on 23R.

 Icelandair A321 Neo TF-IAA made its first visit to MAN this morning, arriving in the morning sunshine on 05R.

MAN 28th March 2025 - "Emirates Foundation" A380 A6-EEP

Making its first visit in the special "Emirates Foundation" colours, A380 A6-EEP sadly missed the sunny spells as it passed us!

MAN 16th March 2025 - Emirates' "A C Milan" A380 A6-EOK

 Well, after an aviation "drought" for me here at MAN where I haven't photographed anything for almost five months, Emirates sent in their "A C Milan" special scheme A380 A6-EOK. The A380 specials being pretty hard to photograph from ground level due to the positioning of the schemes.
