MAN 31st October 2017 - Royal Air Maroc 30th Anniversary Special B737-800 CN-RGV
Making its first visit to Manchester early afternoon wearing the superb 60th Anniversary scheme, B737-800 CN-RGV is seen here taxiing to Terminal 2.
Arriving a few minutes before the RAM was the great looking Thomson B737-800 G-FDZG in the "Family Life" special scheme.

MAN 16th October 2017 - Kuwait Airways B777-300 9K-AOE
Making the first visit of a Kuwait Airways B777-300 to Manchester, 9K-AOE arrived this afternoon on a diversion from Shannon due to the high winds of Hurricane Ophelia. The aircraft wears a special scheme to celebrate Kuwait's National & Liberation Day.

2nd October 2017 - Monarch Airlines ceases operations after 49 years of flying!

An incredibly sad day for the British airline scene,
Monarch Airlines ceased operations after 49 years of passenger service when the company went in to administration at 04.00 shortly after the arrival of its last ever flight, ZB3785 from Tel Aviv to Manchester, landing at 03.19.
RIP Monarch Airlines and good luck to all the amazing people that worked for the company!

After operating the Beijing service on selected days for nearly two months I finally got around to photographing the Boeing 787-9 of Hainan Airlines when a sunny morning and a late arrival coincided, B-1543 is seen here arriving on its first visit to Manchester.

One of Easyjet's new "NEO" A320's G-UZHA was caught arriving at Luton on a brief visit at lunchtime today.

A long run down to Stansted to catch this mornings (second in a series of four) Turkmenistan Airlines IL76 freight flight sadly saw EZ-F426 arrive in very dull weather,
