MAN 11th December 2013 - Ukraine Intl B737-900 departs.

Ukraine International B737-900 UR-PSJ departed in the early hours with the FC Shakhtar Donetsk team after their Champions League game against Man United,.

MAN 10th December 2013 - Yan Air A320 UR-YAD.

Arriving just before midday (and sadly just after the thick cloud rolled in), Yan Air A320 UR-YAD was making the airline's first visit to Manchester bringing in the FC Shakhtar Donetsk fans for tonight's game against Man United.

The aircraft remained parked up overnight and is due to depart early evening on the 11th.

MAN 9th December 2013 - Ukraine International 737-900 UR-PSJ

Having arrived the night before with the FC Shakhtar Donetsk team, Ukraine International B737-900 UR-PSJ (the first of their -900's to visit MAN) remained parked up awaiting departure after the game on Tuesday evening.

MAN 8th December 2013 - Lufthansa Cargo's first B777-200 Freighter visit.

Arriving early afternoon (having been delayed almost fourteen hours), Lufthansa Cargo's B777-200 Freighter D-ALFB became the first of this 777 sub-type to visit Manchester.

MAN 4th December 2013 - G-TCDC and G-FCLF

Thomas Cook's brand new A321 G-TCDC was re-positioned to their hangar during the night allowing a shot of the port side,

while Royal Flight 757-200 G-FCLF was still parked up awaiting delivery.

MAN 3rd December 2013 - Thomas Cook take delivery of their first A321 with "Sharklets"

Arriving late afternoon on delivery from Hamburg, Thomas Cook A321 G-TCDC is the first of their brand new "Sharklet" equipped fleet renewal order. The aircraft is also the first in their fleet to wear the band new corporate scheme, it remained parked up overnight before going in to their hangar for pre-service work.

Also parked up for the night was ex Thomas Cook B757-200 G-FCLF which is awaiting delivery to new Russian carrier "Royal Flight"

While the night stopping Brussels Airlines flight was "Star Alliance" coloured A319 OO-SSC.

MAN 2nd December 2013 - Germania 737-700 D-AGEQ

Arriving late evening for a night stop, Germania 737-700 D-AGEQ now sports winglets but still wears the old version of their colour scheme.

Hawarden 28th November 2013 - Airbus A350-900 UK debut

Making its first appearance over the UK, A350-900 F-WZGG (C/n 003) flew approaches at Cardiff, Filton and Hawarden. Sadly the weather was typical grey skies so the photos were rather poor!!

Airbus A300-600ST "Beluga" F-GSTA arrived just minutes before the A350.

MAN 26th November 2013 - Travel Service A320 OM-HCA and 737-800 OK-TVL

Visiting in connection with the Man City vs FC Viktoria Plzeň game, Travel Service B737-800 OK-TVL wears the special Moravian-Silesian Region scheme ....

......While A320 OM-HCA wears the special Prague ♥ You scheme.

     

MAN 25th November 2013 - ex Thomas Cook A320 G-KKAZ off for a new life at Air Berlin.

Parked up following end of lease maintenance and repainting, A320 G-KKAZ has now finished with Thomas Cook and will join the Air Berlin fleet soon as D-ABNE
